Vollrath®'s patent-pending Jacob's Pride™ Collection ergonomic whip has fine wires ideal for mixing or aerating thinner food products. The one-piece nylon handle is completely sealed, eliminating crevices that collect food or bacteria, and is heat resistant to 475° F. This whip is designed for strength, stainless steel wires resist corrosion and rusting and a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming.
