Imperial uses anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for easy cleaning on the IR-6 range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restaurant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. This Imperial restaurant range has 2 space saving standard ovens that come fully insulated with non-sag fiberglass which keeps the heat inside of the oven, saving energy.
