Imperial ICMA-36 Cheesemelter Gas Infrared Burner 36in Wide

Imperial ICMA-36 infra-red cheesemelter and broiler has a gas fired infra-red burner that provides instant, even heating. This Imperial unit uses 35,000 BTU's per hour when it is at its maximum temperature. To protect the infra-red burner Imperial built a protective screen that will keep food particles away from the burner. There are many ways to mount the ICMA-36 cheesemelter/broiler like over any Imperial restaurant range, on the wall, or counter mounted. Imperial kept sanitation in mind while designing the ICMA-36, this unit has a removable full width broiler pan. Since this 36 inch cheesemelter/broiler is made out of stainless steel and chrom it is really easy to clean and sanitize this unit.
