This Cheesemelter/Broiler is perfect for browning, broiling and finishing because the high performance infra-red burner provides instant, even heating throughout the rack surface. The chrome plated rack and the full width drain pan are designed to pull out for quick clean-ups.
Imperial Cheesemelter/Broilers excel in the preparation of melted cheese dishes such as Mexican and Italian specialties. They also serve as an outstanding auxiliary broiler for steaks, fish and lobster.
