Imperial's IFS-40 Elite floor model fryer has a large 14in x 14in cooking area that is best used for items like chicken and fish. Imperial designed this Elite fryer to have fry basket holders over the cooking zone so you can hook the fry basket up to cool after cooking is finished. Imperial Range uses a unique cool zone that captures food particles and keeps them from carbonizing the frying zone which results in better tasting food. The Imperial IFS-40 Eliete fryer has a 3 tube-fired heating system which provides more BTU's than other standard fryers. Since the IFS-40 is made out of stainless steel it would be a great addition to any kitchen while it matchen most of Imperials other cooking equipment.
