Imperial's IFS-50 Elite floor model fryer has a broad 14in x 14in cooking area that is best used for items like chicken and fish. Imperial designed this Elite fryer to have fry basket holders over the cooking zone so you can hook the fry basket up to cool after cooking is finished. Imperial Range uses a unique cool zone that captures food particles and keeps them from carbonizing the frying zone which results in better tasting food. If you need more room all that is needed is to take the 2 fry baskets out and the cooking zone becomes a bulk area for items like tortilla chips. The Imperial IFS-50 Eliete fryer has a 4 tube-fired heating system which provides more BTU's than other standard fryers.
