Imperial IHR-6-C is a Diamond series range with a 36 inch cooking surface with 6 open PyroCentric burners and and a convection oven to cook a variety of foods to perfection. Imperials PyroCentric burner heads feature 2 rings of flame that ensures even cooking no matter what size pan you are working with. This IHR Diamond series range with anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for easy cleaning. Imperial's built an anti-clogging shield in the burner grate that keeps grease and debris from the pilot. The IHR-6 has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. The IHR-6-C range has a convection oven that uses a 1/4HP blower motor that will cook foods faster and more even than a standard oven. This Imperial Diamond range is made out of stainless steel so it is easy to clean and keep clean.
