Toast-Rite toasters use conveyor speed to control the toast color, not temperature, which gives you a more accurate toast every time. The TQ-1200 toaster has a top and bottom heating element that ensures a perfect toast on both sides of the bread. Hatco designed a ColorGuard sensing system that monitors the temperature inside of the toasting cabinet and automatically adjusts the conveyor speed when high usage periods are happening.
