Hamilton Beach 37560 commercial rice cooker and warmer was made to cook and hold up to 60 cups of rice at one time. Hamilton beach built the 37560 rice cooker out of stainless steel. Hamilton Beach used a double wall construction that will hold in heat that will keep contents moist and warm for hours. The heated, lined lid ensures even cooking and features a removable liner that will make clean up easy. When the rice cooker has completed its cook cycle it will automatically shift to the "Keep Warm" setting. Hamilton Beach added a moisture cup that will collect extra water from the lid when it is opened which keeps your counter tops clean. Users will know that they have a high quality product because the 37560 is NSF and ETL listed.
