Cambro H-Pan Amber Notched Cover for Third Size Food Pan - 6 EA

Cambro's 30HPCHN H-Pan™ cover was designed to cover a third size food pan and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Cambro built this H-Pan™ cover out of durable polyetherimide which reduces the risk of time-temperature abuse. This high heat flat lid features a handle so you can lift the cover with ease from the food pan and a convenient utensil notch for easy access. It's great to use when flash freezing, cooking or reheating. You can also use it safely with microwaves and steam tables up to 375° F. The amber lid is transparent so you can still view the contents of the food pan.
