H-Pan Amber Notched Cover for Full Size Food Pan - 6 EA

Cambro built their 10HPCHN H-Pan™ cover out of durable polyetherimide which reduces the risk of time-temperature abuse. This high heat flat lid features a handle so you can lift the cover with ease from the food pan and a convenient utensil notch for easy access. It's great to use when flash freezing, cooking or reheating. You can also use it with microwaves and steam tables. The amber lid is transparent so you can still view the contents of the food pan.
