| Funnel Cake/Elephant Ears Gas Fryer, 95,000 BTUs from three burners - LP gas only, equipped w/thermostat, safety pilot & drain, stainless steel const., tank hold 50 lbs. oil, allow 10" clearance on all sides, 30"W x 27"D x 25"H, weight: 175 lbs. The professional operators ask for it this may be ideal for you. Because of the high BTUs it needs at least an 80 lb. tank to operate. An 80 lb tank should last 6-8 hours depending on how busy you are. 50 lbs. oil capacity. This item cannot ship via UPS.
A virtual Money Machine for those big special events. Work six 8" Funnel Cakes at a time - but if you like to pour and cook the first side in one fryer and then finish in a second, youll only work five at a time with this, maximum. Suitable for trailer mounting when mounting instructions are followed.
Note:
Must be installed by a professional. Safe installation requires a low pressure regulator at the LP Gas source.
