Frymaster 50lb Performance Gas Fryer

The Master Jet gas open frypot has a large heat transfer area to fry more product per load. This model is specifically designed for all-purpose frying and produces 69 lbs. of French fries per hour -- frozen to done.  Every inch of the frypot and cold zone can be cleaned and wiped down by hand. The MJ45 has a 50-lb. oil capacity which burns at 122,000 Btu/hr. in the frying area of 14in x 15in. Fryers features millivolt controls, thermostat knob behind front panel, centerline and fast-action temperature probe. Also have stainless steel frypot, door and cabinet.
