Frymaster Performance Fish/Chicken Gas Fryer

Frymaster MJCF Performance fryer was designed for cooking fish and chicken. The MJCF fryer was designed to have a single 80 pound oil capacity frypot. This fryer uses master jet burners to ensure even heating distribution throughout the frypot. To reduce waste Frymaster designed their Performance fryers with a wide cold zone that will trap debris under the cooking area. A sloped bottom with a 1.25 inch drain valve that ensures quick sediment and oil draining. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using their MJCF fryer because it is NSF, CE and CSA approved.
