Garland Heavy-Duty 12in LP Gas Countertop Hotplate

Garland's UTOG12-2 heavy-duty counter hotplate is designed for high-volume production, while offering the flexibility to match up with a full counter lineup. This UTOG12-2 hotplate has two Performer Pro 2-piece octagonal open burners each rated at 26,000 BTU/h (7.61 kW)propane gas. Split ergonomic cast iron grates protect pilots from spill-overs and are easy to handle and clean. The UTOG12-2 hotplate is constructed of stainless steel front, sides and back with a large capacity stainless steel crumb tray for easy cleaning.
