Garland Range Mount 36in LP Gas Salamander Broiler w/Shelf

Garland UIR60 LP gas salamander broiler was made to be added to a Garland restaurant range. This salamander uses (2) 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners to heat food. The spring balanced holding rack can be adjusted into 3 different positions. To make clean up easy Garland added a large capacity removable grease pan. Garland built their UIR60 salamander out of stainless steel which wipes clean.  Users will know that they have a high quality product when using the UIR60 salamander because it is NSF approved.
