Garland Sunfire 36in Natural Gas Restaurant Range

Garland X36-6R Sunfire restaurant range has a standard size oven and 36 inch work top surface. The work top features 6 robust 2-piece 30,000 BTU/h (8.797 kW) open burners and stainless steel 4 inch plate rail. Garland added a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless steel shelf that will keep your walls clean from grease splatters as well as give you a place to store needed cooking accessories. This standard size Sunfire oven has a ribbed porcelain oven bottom with aluminized top, sides and back which was designed to keep heat inside of the oven chamber. The oven can be used from a low setting to 500° F (260° C). Users will know that they have a quality and safe piece of restaurant equipment when they are using Garland's X36-6R Sunfire range because it is NSF and CSA approved.
