Garland 36in Gas Range Mount Salamander Broiler w/Shelf

Garland GIR60 gas salamander broiler was designed to be mounted to a Garland 60in restaurant range. The GIR60 salamander uses (2) 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners to heat food. Features a 3 position spring balanced holding rack assembly to accommodate all your signature entrees and sides. To make clean up easy Garland added a large capacity removable grease pan and a mounting backsplash. Garland built their GIR60 salamander out of stainless steel which wipes clean. This GIR60 salamander can be used with natural or propane gas. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using the GIR36 salamander because it is NSF and CSA approved.
