Garland's Master Series convection ovens deliver consistently better baking results. The innovative air-baffling system and the industry's largest blower wheel maximize airflow and evenly channels throughout the entire oven cavity resulting in very precise cooking results. The MCO-ED-20 double-deck full-size convection oven features two deep depth decks, 60/40 doors with double-pane thermal windows and porcelain enameled oven interiors. This convection oven operates with a 10.4 4kW cavity and 3/4 HP fan motor with 2-speed control. The unit is constructed with stainless steel sides, front and top for easy cleaning. Garland's MCO-ED-20 oven comes with 6 chrome plated oven racks per deck and 13-position rack guides, each oven interior measures 29in W x 24in H x 28in D. This Master Series convection oven manages energy and efficiency for ongoing results and cost-effective operation.
