Garland LP Gas 12in Countertop Hot Plate

Garland GTOG12-2 countertop hot plate uses lp gas to cook food to protection. Garland built this hot plate out of stainless steel because it a heavy duty material that is bend and dent resistant. Stainless steel is also great to use for kitchen equipment because it can easily be wiped clean with a damp towel. Designed for high-volume production, this heavy duty hot plate features split ergonomic cast iron grates that protect pilots from spill-overs and are easy to handle and clean. The GTOG12-2 uses (2) 26,000 BTU Starfire Pro 2-piece star shaped gas burners that are controlled with individual adjustable valves. Users will know that they have a high quality item when using Garland's GTOG12-2 hot plate because its NSF approved.
