Garland 36in Range Mount Gas Salamander Broiler

Garland UIR36 gas salamander broiler was made to be added to Garland and US Range restaurant ranges. This salamander uses (2) 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners to heat food. The spring balanced holding rack can be adjusted into (3) different positions. To make clean up easy Garland added a large capacity removable grease pan. Garland built the UIR36 salamander out of stainless steel which wipes clean. This UIR36 salamander can be used with natural or propane gas. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using the UIR36 salamander because it is NSF and CSA approved.
