Garland 42in Electric Triple Deck Bake/Roast Oven

The Garland E2155 electric bake/roast deck oven comes from a dependable line of bake and roast ovens ideal for hotels, hospitals, schools, cafeterias and dining rooms. The E2155 triple deck bake/roast oven is constructed with stainless steel front, sides and legs with aluminized top and back panels. It's bake section has an 8in interior height with 3/4in (19mm) core plate hearth. Roast sections consists of 12 gauge steel hearth deck with a 12in (305mm) interior height and a removable oven racks. Sections have connecting oven vents. The top and bottom tubular elements are 3 heat switch controlled with heavy-duty operating thermostat with a range of 150°F (66° C) to 550° F (288° C). The E2155 bake/roast oven features window and interior lights and front serviceable controls. Also includes an 1-hour mechanical timer on the bake section and 5-hour mechanical timers on each roast section. This combo bake/roast deck oven is the perfect choice when your operation requires even baking and roasting.
