Garland 42in Gas Hearth Deck Bake Oven

Choose the Garland G2071 gas bake oven when your operation requires even baking. The traditional 7in bake oven features a stone hearth for the most even bake. With 1,350 square inches of hearth space and stackable 3 high, the G2071 bake oven can handle the most demanding production needs. The oven is heated by two "U" shaped tubular burners firing directly on heavy steel tread plate between the burners and the deck. Stainless steel front, sides and legs provide rugged use and easy clean-up. The G2071 bake oven is ideal for general purpose baking.
