This Cambro 10HPD H-Pan™ drain shelf was designed to fit a HP full-size food pan. Using the drain shelf helps to support products and promote quick draining of liquid directly into a food pan while the contents is being served or transported. The drain shelf is made from durable polysulfone that won't crack, bend or dent. The ability to withstand temperatures up to 375° F makes it ideal for use in microwaves, steam tables and chafing dishes.
