DESCRIPTION:

Non-magnetic stainless steel display case mounted directly on top of one or two pedestal risers. A curved,
tempered glass front encloses case and can be lifted to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. White laminate end
panels are standard.
The base of each case is divided into individually managed heat zones with each zone controlled by a separate
thermostat with a range of 1 through 10 and heat-on indicator light. Overhead lights are controlled by ON/OFF
switches in grouped light zones. Each control panel includes one (1) circuit breaker switch to control the heated base and two (2) circuit breaker switches to control the overhead lights.

 HALO HEAT . . . a controlled, uniform heat source that gently surrounds food for better appearance, taste, and longer holding life.
Holds and displays hot food fresh and moist for hours without adding water.
Displays hot food without condensation on glass.
Thermostatic controlled heat source radiates from the base of the display case in separately adjustable heat zones.
Multiple overhead light zones feature shatterproof coated bulbs and adjustable settings.
Holds a full range of standard (gastronorm) pan sizes, full-size or half-size sheet pans.
Tempered sliding glass doors reflect heat back into the products and mirrors the display to enhance merchandising effect.
Galvanized steel front panel prepared for finishing color of your choice or can be color matched and painted at the factory.
Standard white laminated end panels.
