Wolf Range WKED1 convection oven has a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to cook a variety of foods to perfection. This convection oven uses a 1/2HP, 2 speed oven blower motor and porcelain enamel interior to keep the inside temperature constant. Wolf Range built the 2 independently operated stainless steel doors with double pan windows to help reduce the amount of energy it takes to heat the unit. The WKED1 oven comes with 5 nickel plated oven racks and has 11 different rack positions that help the user position many different size foods. Since the outside of this Wolf Range convection oven is made out of stainless steel this oven will look great in any kitchen and is easy to clean.
