Frymaster 50LB High Efficiency Electric Open Fyer

Frymaster's RE22BLC electric fryer is a open frypot that can hold up to 50 pounds of oil at a time. This fryer is a self standing unit that has a footprint of just 16in x 31in. Frymaster designed their RE22BLC fryer to have swing up elements with a mounted thermostat that will ensure precise temperature readings every time. A large cold zone with a forward sloping bottom helps collect sediment and keeps the oil quality high. The sloped bottom will ensure that the collected sediment flows into the front drain valve for easy cleaning. Frymaster built this fryer out of heavy duty stainless steel which provides a long lifespan of the product. Users will know that they have a high quality unit when using the RE22BLC because it is NSF, cUL, TUV, CE and Energy Star approved.
