Frymaster High Efficiency Open Full Pot Gas Fryer

Frymaster’s H55 is a premium open-pot fryer. The ENERGY STAR® rated H55 fryer saves thousands of dollars annually on energy costs. They are efficient with state-of-the-art heat transfer system, precise controls and durability have stood the test of time. The frying area is 14in x 15in that holds up to 50lb of oil and heating input is 80,000 Btu/hr. Fryers features a CM3.5 controller, electronic ignition, melt cycle, boil-out temperature control and center-mounted (RTD) 1°compensating temperature probe. Also has stainless steel frypot and door with an enamel cabinet.
