Frymaster Pasta Magic Gas Cooker

Frymaster Pasta Magic® gas cookers have controller times cook operation and signals audibly when cooking is complete. Cookers have high-efficiency infrared burners and electronic ignition. Burning at 80,000 Btu/hr, these burners quickly get the water up to the desired temperature and hold it there. They have an 18in x 24in cooking area that holds 14-gallons of water. Water heat-ups go from 60° F to boiling in just 24 minutes which is 50% faster than previous models. To prevent boil-overs, the cookpot has the industry’s largest overflow drain. All plumbing on the unit is RoHs compliant. Frymaster’s pasta cooker features an auto-fill/starch skimmer, automatic basket lifts, rinse tank with swing-away hot/cold faucet, stainless steel cookpot, door and cabinet.
