Frymaster 17C Pasta Magic electric cookers are programmable with controls that make it easy to cook pasta exactly as desired every time. The 17C pasta cooker features Frymaster’s exclusive smooth-surfaced, easy-clean, touch-pad timer/controller. The unit has 17kw of power, meaning faster preheat and recovery performance, which saves time and allows the operator to turn pasta orders faster. Frymaster designed this pasta cooker to have 19-1/2 gallon water capacity and a large overflow drain which will prevent spill overs. This large drain also reduces the time needed to drain the system and virtually eliminates the chance of clogs. Frymaster added a swing-away hot and cold rinse faucet that will make filling this pasta cooker easy.
