Filter Cartridge - Handles 3 1/2 gallons of oil per minute. Removes oil-killing contaminants so small they may be seen only through a microscope. Patented pleated design provides 15 times more filtering area. Long life Fry-Saver® cartridge filters are replaced only when pleats become full. Average life of cartridge filter will vary depending upon amount of flouring and breading done.
