Cambro H-Pan Amber Notched Cover for Sixth Size Food Pan - 6 EA

Cambro's 60HPCHN H-Pan™ cover was designed to fit a sixth size food pan and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Cambro made this H-Pan™ lid from durable polyetherimide which reduces the risk of time-temperature abuse. The high heat lid features a built-in handle so you can lift the cover with ease from the food pan and a convenient utensil resting notch for easy access. It's great to use when flash freezing, cooking or reheating. You can also use it safely with microwaves and steam tables up to 375°F. The transparent amber lid allows you to still view the contents of the food pan.
