Using a colander pan improves product safety and quality through reduced handling allowing liquids to drain directly into the food pan below for easy and quick disposal. H-Pan colander pans are made from of durable polysulfone that won't crack, bend or dent. They can withstand extreme temperatures from -40° to 375°F(-40°C-190°C) making them ideal for use in microwaves, steam tables and buffet lines. Cambro designed this colander pan to have a non-stick smooth surface that will increase the yield of your products and makes it easy to clean.
