FMP 133-1002 griddle top burner cover is a great way to get a griddle surface without having to add a whole new piece of equipment. Sit the griddle top over 2 gas burners for its heat source. The add on griddle top was designed with a removable grease drawer to make cleaning a snap. FMP 133-1002 was not designed to be used with an electric stove top, only gas will make the griddle heat properly. Using 133-1002 add on griddle gives you 11in x 23in of grill space without needing a heavy duty grill or griddle.
