The Fleetwood CLM300 Dough Roller and Sheeter is perfect for bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and pizzerias.  The dough roller/sheet can be used in the preparation of: pizza, dumplings, pretzels, pita bread, pie crust, flour tortillas, sweet dough, cinnamon rolls and breads.  The adjustable rollers provide dough thickness from 1/8in to 3/8in, and can produce up to 400lbs of dough per hour.  The CLM300 Dough Roller/Sheeter is a single pass, table top unit.
