Eurodib DG8A gas vertical broiler can be cook up to 140 pounds of meet at one time. Eurodib designed this vertical broiler to be ran by natural or propane gas, the machine comes fitted for natural gas. Eurodib built this unit using top grade, AISI 304 stainless steel. The spit 110 volt motor is at the bottom of the unit that will ensure protection from all heating elements. The Eurodib DG8A vertical broiler is different than other vertical broilers because Eurodib designed this machine to allow the user to move the burner closer or farther away from the meat without having to move the actual spit which provides minimal heat loss while you are adjusting the unit.
