Double-side walls and heat diffuser on kettle bottom to assure even heating and better popping yields. Pre-wired/includes Bag-in-a-box (#2257) oil pump. Supplied with a two position Deep Well cabinet, Note that there is only room for a one box Bag-in-a-Box Oil Delivery System, model #2257. The Accumeter system is not available.
PLEASE NOTE: Part #2457 Heated Line Kit is a REQUIRED add-on accessory for popping with coconut oil in order to keep the oil at its 76 degree melting point.
