The EM20 mixer is the essential item in all kitchens where recipes are prepared using fresh ingredients in order to prepare pastry bases, creams, mousses, various sauces or mixtures.

• The EM20 is easier to use thanks to the integration of the safety guard and the raising and lowering of the bowl.
• A single lever is used to raise the guard, lower the bowl and stop the machine.
• A stainless steel table is available to bring the mixer to the correct height for working.
• 18/8 stainless steel bowl (21 qt.) - 3 tools: hook, beater and whisk.
• Beater for mixing. Hook for kneading. Whisk for sauces and emulsions.
• Face plate with 0 15 minute timer and emergency stop button.
• Spout built-in to the safety bowl guard for adding products.
