Imperial ISB-36 Salamander Broiler Gas Infared Burners 36in Wide

Imperial ISB-36 salamander broiler is a powerful 35,000 BTU 36 inch wide cooking machine. The ISB-36 salamander has gas fired infra-red burner which provides instant and even heating. The broiler grid has a spring balance that enables it to be raised and lowered, and if you want to lock the grid in place there are four convienant locking positions. Imperial designed the grid rack to have the ability to roll out a full 10 inches which helps with loading and unloading. The ISB salamander broiler features a full width broiler pan that is easily removed for cleaning under the broiler grid. This Imperial salamander broiler unit can be mounted over any Imperial restaurant range, on a wall, or counter mounted.
