Imperial designed this Elite fryer to have fry basket holders over the cooking zone so you can hook the fry basket up to cool after cooking is finished. Imperial Range uses a unique cool zone that captures food particles and keeps them from carbonizing the frying zone which results in better tasting food. The Imperial IFS-40-E Eliete fryer has a 3 tube-fired heating system which provides more heating energy than other standard fryers. Since this Imperial floor fryer is made out of stainless steel it would make a great addition to any kitchen while matching most of Imperial's other cooking equipment.
