STANDARD FEATURES
• Electric, self-contained stainless steel, 2/3 jacketed floor mounted steam kettle.
• Fully welded hemispheric bottom kettle with type 304 stainless steel jacket and lining. (316 stainless steel liner for 20, 30 & 40 gallon models.)
• Jacket tested to 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm2).
• Jacket contains water, rust inhibitor and antifreeze mixed to protect to 30° below zero.
• One piece counterbalanced hinged stainless steel cover with drop down lift handle (60 - 100 gallon spring assist).
• 2" compression tangent draw-off valve with perforated strainer.
• Faucet bracket.
• Tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet.
• Controls enclosed in stainless steel housing include a power switch, thermostat, power "on" light, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and low water
signal light.
• Elements are field replaceable.
• Requires 208 or 240 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase.
• One year limited parts and labor warranty.
