STANDARD FEATURES

SPECIFICATIONS:
Quartz heated, cheesemelter, (counter) Vulcan-Hart Model No. 1048C . Stainless steel front, sides, top and interior. Insulated with 1" on top and sides. Backs have 1" of insulation on counter and wall mount models. Rack activated micro switch power heaters to 100% when product is placed on the rack. Idles at 25% heat when master power switch is “On” and there is no product on the rack. Solid state controls with cooling fan. Top mounted energy efficient quartz heaters snap in for easy installation. Requires 208 volt or 240 volt single phase. CSA design certified. NSF listed. U L listed.
