Candy Apple Stove, 208 volt, electric. Must be used with GMP-4009 Aluminum or GMP-4111 Copper Kettle - please note that the kettle is NOT included and must be ordered separately. Aluminum kettles will cook a 10 lb batch in half the time of copper. These larger stoves are used almost exclusively by carnies for high volume candy apples. They heat the apple mix up to 290 degrees; turn the heat off and start dipping apples. There is no need for an adjustable temp control.
