This Carlisle Elan Pitcher gives the thick walls look and optic bottom give it the look of glass. This clear pitcher 557007 can be used for any table setting or buffet area. Carlisle used polycarbonate to make their Elan pitchers because it is naturally break-resistant and will have a longer lifespan than typical glass pitchers.  Since the Elan pitcher is made out of polycarbonate instead of glass it is much lighter than the normal pitcher and will reduce wrist stress on the user.
