The Garland E24-31F electric fryer from the E24 Series heavy duty counter line is designed and engineered for high volume operations, providing fast preheat, high production and versatility with quality results. The E24-31F electric fryer has stainless steel sides and front with twin nickel-plated perforated baskets. Comes with a removable 30lb capacity fry tank for easy cleaning. This E24-31F heavy duty fryer has the capability to handle a heavy load. Its heating elements swing-up permitting the removal of the one-piece steel drawn nickel plated finish fry tank with heavy steel handles, handles support the baskets for raining. This is an ideal fryer for fast food operations, kiosks, concessions, cafeterias and open kitchens.
