Carlisle 608136 DuraPan Steam Table Pan Third Size

Carlisle 608136 third size DuraPan food pan can hold up to 8.10 quarts of food at one time. Carlisle built their 608136 food pans out of 18-8 stainless steel with double reinforced corners to help holds its shape under extreme conditions. Carlisle designed their DuraPans to have a full shoulder that will prevent jamming during storage. DuraPan's were designed to fit into Carlisle's Coldmaster cold pans for better cold retention. Since this food pan is made out of stainless steel they have the ability to go from a freezer temperatures to oven temperatures without breaking. Stainless steel food pans are ideal for cook-chill operations.
