Duke 305 Aerohot Natural Gas 5 Well Steamtable Food Unit

Duke manufacturing 305 Aerohot steamtable uses natural gas to cook food to perfection. Duke built their Aerohot steamtables out of 20 gauge 430 series stainless steel for the body and legs. The undershelf was built out of 18 gauge stainless steel. This Aerohot steamtable has 3 heating wells that are each insulated with 1in thick fiberglass on all sides and bottom. Each heating well has a galvanized steel radiation plate to help keep the heat even. Users will know that they have a high quality item when using the 305 Aerohot steamtable because it is UL and CSA listed.
