The DoughXpress TXM-15 Manual Tortilla Dough Press can be used to press, flatten, or par bake up to four tortillas in seconds. The tortilla press features a swing away design for easy placement and removal of corn tortillas, flour tortillas, pizza dough, or even flat bread. The upper and lower platens flatten dough fast, and heat up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The manual tortilla press can be used without heat, for cold pressing.
