Garland 48in Gas Pyro Double Deck Pizza/Baking Oven

The Garland GPD-48-2 Pyro deck pizza/baking oven has a traditional hearth style deck with Garland quality and performance. The Pyrorock hearth is fully accessible through the heavy-duty full-width door making the whole cooking deck usable. The oven door, when open, lies flush with the oven hearth for easy loading and unloading. The GPD-48-2 pizza/baking oven features a "cool-touch" door handle providing comfortable and safe operation. The GPD-48-2 pizza/baking oven uses a heat damper system to regulate top to bottom. This oven was constructed with an aluminized top, stainless steel front, sides and legs making it durable and easy to clean. UL, CUL Classified and NSF listed.
