Utilizing a proven method of ceramic heat chamber heating a glass surface, Cadco has developed a clever clamshell Panini grill application.
Ceramic heat chamber with thin filament heating element creates even, fast heating 2 different types of heat cook the food. Surface contact heat and infrared radiating heat. Uniform heat radiates into the food fast from top and bottom. Cooking surface can reach up to 700 degrees F. Two 9 7/8" x 9 7/8" cooking areas with separate controls. Overall size: 24 1/2"W x 7"H x 18"D Smooth high-tech bottom glass surfaces are easy to keep clean.
