Imperial Range IR-36-DS-C double stack convection ovens have a large cooking area that can range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit so you can cook a variety of items to perfection. Imperial built this oven using chef depth standards in order to accommodate a standard 18in x 26in sheet pan. Oven controls are located on the right side of the IR-36-DS-C oven unit in a cool zone. Imperial designed the IR-36-DS-C double stack convection oven with a 1/4HP blower motor that will cook products faster and more evenly than standard ovens. Imperial installed a burner "ON" indicator light that will let you know when the IR-36-DS-C deck ovens are turned on. This Imperial double stack oven comes standard with 6in heavy duty legs and adjustable feet so that you can always have a level cooking area.
